fitness

 In fitness we run around the track in a group of 2 or 3  Josh was was in my group. Then we did the confidence course that is out side of are classroom. it was fun the hardest thing was the orange thing that you had to use your arm and lift your body of the ground. The easy-set thing was the monkey bars at the end of the course.

  1. Kia ora William, great effort with the activities today. I like how you had an obstacle you found difficult and that you got over it okay. Next time could you describe in detail what the obstacles were? Keep sharing and blogging.
